Key Responsibilities:
Act as a Head of HR or senior HR leader and key support to the HR Director during a time of change.
Lead and manage a team of approximately 20 across HR, Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Payroll.
Oversee and drive the delivery of a new TOM, supporting change and separation activities.
Manage the planning and delivery of restructures and potential redundancy processes.
Maintain strong HR generalist oversight including handling complex ER matters.
Deliver best-in-class HR services while improving efficiency, productivity, and technology utilisation.
Provide strong stakeholder management and support at SLT and C-suite level.
