Join us in making a meaningful impact https://trackzero.eco Position Overview We are looking for an ambitious Partnership Sales Manager to drive sales of our sustainability software to large organisations with SME-heavy value chains. This role is critical to scaling our platform adoption and establishing strategic partnerships with enterprises, councils, and financial institutions. You will be responsible for identifying and closing partnerships where large organisations sponsor the use of TrackZero across their supply chains, or enable SMEs to adopt the platform directly. Working closely with the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building relationships, and shaping the future of the business. This is an office based role in Milton Keynes, with client visits. Key Responsibilities Partnership Development: Identify, prospect, and close strategic sales opportunities with banks, enterprises, asset managers, councils, and other organisations to integrate TrackZero into their supply chains. Sales Execution: Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and deal closure. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and partners to maximise adoption and revenue growth. Value Proposition Delivery: Effectively communicate how TrackZero supports large organisations in achieving sustainability goals, decarbonising their supply chains, and gaining actionable emissions insights. Solution Selling: Offer flexibility in TrackZero’s adoption, large organisations can either sponsor SMEs in their value chain or facilitate SME funded implementations. Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, tracking progress and sales metrics in alignment with company goals. Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and other departments to optimise sales strategies, align on key opportunities, and ensure seamless delivery post sale. Market Insights: Stay updated on sustainability trends, carbon reporting frameworks, and client needs to inform product development and strategy. Qualifications 2 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development (experience selling SaaS or sustainability solutions is a plus). Proven ability to develop and close complex, high-value deals. Strong understanding of sustainability, decarbonisation, or ESG landscapes is desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear, value-driven messaging. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems. Highly motivated, target-driven, and eager to succeed in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment. What We Offer Competitive base salary with uncapped commission.
