The opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Sales Director to lead our initiatives in EMEA with Systems Integrators, Value Added Resellers, Hyper Scalers, Digital Agencies, and Management Consulting. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in Enterprise SaaS, with experience spanning both startups and large corporations. Additionally, they should possess strong relationships within target verticals including Telecommunications, Utility, and Consumer Electronics, as well as significant experience driving successful collaborations with key region VAR partners and Hyper Scalers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic partnerships with system integrators (e.g., Accenture, Capgemini, TTEC, Deloitte) to drive joint go-to-market strategies and revenue growth.
2. Design and implement comprehensive partner enablement programs, including sales training, co-marketing initiatives, and technical onboarding, ensuring partners are equipped to sell and support our solutions effectively.
3. Build and manage a strong partner-driven sales pipeline, work closely with partners to develop and manage joint sales and business development pipelines, identifying and pursuing new opportunities for growth and revenue generation.
4. Drive co-selling initiatives with partners to co-sell our Digital Customer Experience solutions, working together to deliver value to customers and achieve mutual business objectives.
5. Establish and maintain high-value relationships with key partners, fostering collaboration and creating a win-win ecosystem that benefits both our organization and the partners.
6. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to refine partnership strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in the technology industry, successfully driving revenue through partner-led sales motions with system integrators.
2. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA is preferred.
3. Expertise in partner enablement and pipeline development, with a track record of enabling partners to exceed sales targets.
4. Strong background in developing joint go-to-market plans and driving high partner engagement at multiple levels within GSI portfolios.
5. Experience working in Enterprise SaaS startups during the scale-up phase and with key CRM players, Contact Center platforms, or related customer engagement technologies.
6. Deep knowledge of the Contact Center and CRM ecosystem, including key players, industry challenges, and customer service trends.
7. Experience in companies providing software-based customer service technologies to large enterprises, with a focus on digital transformation and automation.
8. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to foster long-term, high-value partnerships.
9. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic partnership plans that align with company objectives and drive measurable results.
10. Passion for AI-driven transformation and customer experience innovation, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technology solutions to partners and customers.
