Protocol Education are currently recruiting teaching assistants to work with secondary and post 16 students in a well-structured special needs secondary school in either Wandsworth or Lambeth to start after Easter. These schools are looking for teaching assistants with or without experience, who are interested in working with special needs and keen to learn and make a difference to students' academic and life skills. As a teaching assistant, you will be working in class sizes of 8 - 14 students per class, working with a class teacher and collaboratively with other teaching assistants that include English, maths, drama, history, music, and PE, and also supporting students with the Duke of Edinburgh program.
The role:

* Working one to one with students
* Differentiating work to meet students' needs
