About the Role: As the Deputy Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the service, working closely with the Registered Manager to deliver high-quality, person-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Assisting the Registered Manager with the day-to-day management of the service. Supporting and supervising staff to ensure excellent care delivery. Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining high-quality standards. Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs. Managing rotas and ensuring adequate staffing levels, including covering occasional weekends. Building positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
