Job Description
We are recruiting for a Facilities Manager with a Hard Services or Technical bias to ensure the delivery of all maintenance, FM and soft services within a prestigious estate in the Wearside area. The role is a permanent position paying up to 45k. Mon-Fri 40 hours per week days.
Parking on site. Purely resident in nature you will be based on the facility itself.\n\nMain Duties:\nManage Facilities Services on the estate including:\nM&E Maintenance\nStatutory compliance\nH&S auditing\nUpdate asset lists, schedules and instruction sets on the computerised maintenance management system.\nEnsure that you plan the labour, schedule the tasks and ensure the effective completion of the PPM & reactive works both direct & sub-contractors\nContribute to the appraisal of staff\nDirect client liaison and partnering approach to the Facilities Services\nEnsure that Risk Assessments, COSHH records and safe methods of work records are held on each site\nOversee soft services including cleaning and catering\n\nRequirements:\nPrevious experience in the Facilities Management Sector\nExperience of hard services and technical compliance/PPM's etc.\nWorking knowledge of SFG20/CAFM/Concept, Excel, IT Skills\nExcellent client facing and man-management skills\nAble and willing to clear a security clearance\n\nIf you are interested then please click the APPLY button now \nPRS are a leading specialist recruitment and search & selection consultancy within the Building Services, FM and Support Sectors. \nPlease note if you have not heard from us within 5 days, then your application has not been successful. \nPRS is an equal opportunities employer
