Remote Based Role Opportunity to work on diverse projects and initiatives Contract until 30th January 2026 The Role: As a Coordinator, Medical Partnerships, you will have a range of responsibilities: Manage educational grant requests, including submission, approval, and payment processes. Organise journal club events, ensuring compliance with healthcare reporting requirements. Handle payments, expenses, and report accruals for the department. Develop and maintain tools for tracking activities and projects. Resolve issues by analysing information and providing solutions. Support stakeholders in completing special projects. Ensure compliance with company standards and policies. The Candidate: The ideal candidate for the Coordinator, Medical Partnerships role should have: High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree or higher is preferred. Proven organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
