Due to an internal promotion my client, a leading consultancy in the Occupational Pensions sector, currently seek an experienced Client Manager to join their growing team. The role will involve managing relationships with a portfolio of blue-chip clients and ensuring that service levels and administration standards meet agreed expectations. Duties will include: Responsibility for servicing a portfolio of key clients Managing key client relationships and identifying areas where revenue could be increased through additional services Driving client retention through satisfaction and service delivery Acting as a main point of contact for client issues and identifying areas for process and administrative improvement Managing costs whilst ensuring client fees remain competitive against competing consultancies Profit and loss recording for each scheme in your portfolio Applicants must possess a proven background in the Pensions industry with particular focus on "Defined Benefit" and relationship management. You will possess outstanding communication skills with an in-depth understanding of the challenges facing pensions schemes and trustees. You will possess a positive, solution focussed approach with strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
