Two education or school-based references The ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported. Strong understanding of a range of special educational needs, including cognition and learning difficulties, social emotional and mental health challenges, sensory and physical impairments, ASC, ADHD, and other complex needs. The ability to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the specific needs of pupils with SEND and SEMH needs.
