About the role:
Our client is looking for a dynamic individual on a Part-time basis to step into a Technical Administration Support role: minimum 6-month contract which could be extended to 12-months.
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of our client’s operations by managing essential administrative tasks and supporting the wider technical team.
Day-to-day duties will include:
* Documentation Management: Compile, organise, and store project and technical documentation accurately and efficiently.
* Purchase Requests: Raise Purchase Requests (PRs) and track approvals through to completion.
* Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to track deliveries, confirm timelines, and resolve any issues promptly.
* Note-Taking: Attend key meetings and provide concise, accurate notes for project updates and action items.
* Delivery Tracking: Monitor deliveries, ensuring on-time arrival and updating the team on any potential delays.
Skills, experience, knowledge and qualifications required:
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Experience with raising Purchase Requests and managing procurement processes.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
* Prior experience in technical or construction administration is a plus.
Salary and Benefits Package:
* Salary £30,000 pro-rata, per annum.
* Suggested hours 9am – 3pm maybe 3 days a week (client can be flexible).
