We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker for our 18 year old client in Southampton.
When you'll be working:
1. Thursdays am - pm (to assist at college)
What you'll be doing:
This role is to support our 18 year old client at college. Our client has autism and a tracheostomy. You will be required to support him with his clinical equipment. Full training will be provided for this.
