PA to Director\n\nBirmingham\n\n£35,000 per annum\n\nWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the director within a growing company.\n\nThe successful candidate will manage a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, ensuring the efficient operation of the directors' offices.\n\nThis role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. The Personal Assistant will act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and coordination.\n\nKey Duties:\n\nProvide comprehensive administrative support to the director, including diary management, scheduling meetings, and organising travel arrangements.\nPrepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the director.\nHandle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.\nCoordinate repairs, maintenance services, and liaise with building management and external contractors as needed.\nMaintain and manage the directors diary, ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments, meetings, and engagements.\nArrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and minute taking\nEnsure the director is well-prepared for meetings by organising necessary documents and information. \n\nFor More information or consideration please Nicky Murdock at Grafton Recruitment
