TristoneNash are pleased to be suporting a social housing maintenance contractor operating across Berkshire, to appoint a permanent Operations Manager to oversee the day – day running of major response repairs and voids maintenance projects across the region.
The Operations manager will be responsible for maximising commercial performance of all repairs & maintenance contracts for a large Local Authority and a national Housng Association whilst directing a team of contracts managers, supervisors and skilled operatives.
Additional duties will see the Operations Manager oversee service delivery and productivity through business systems and process to achieve high levels of performance whilst maintaining high level customer service with the client and the housing associations tenants and residents.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior housing repairs professional to work with a well-established housing contractor who aim to make a real difference in delivering housing repairs to much needed communities. Experience of delivering social housing repairs contracts for past organisations will be the key to succeed in this role. Mobilisation experience will also be advatagous.
