Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Prestwood, Buckinghamshire.
My client is recruiting a full-time Administrative Assistant for their busy high street practice in Prestwood.
The Ideal Candidate
1. Experience in a legal environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
2. Ideally, previous Private Client experience will be helpful but not necessary.
3. Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication, outstanding attention to detail, enthusiasm, and commitment.
The role will predominantly involve meeting and greeting clients. Your duties will include:
1. Providing secretarial and administrative support to the Private Client Department.
2. Answering phone calls.
3. Audio typing.
4. Diary management.
5. Dealing with day-to-day office duties.
