Job Title: Financial Mis-selling Solicitor Location: Blackburn (Hybrid) Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 About the Role: Our client, a leading law firm based in Blackburn, is looking for an experienced Financial Mis-selling Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE to join their team. This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to work both remotely and from their Blackburn office. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert legal advice and representation in financial mis-selling cases, including PCP agreements, Mis-Sold Business Energy, Plevin & PPI, and Mis-Sold Pensions & SIPPs. Manage a varied caseload of complex claims from start to finish. Conduct thorough case assessments and develop effective legal strategies. Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies. Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements. Attend court hearings and mediations when necessary. Stay informed on the latest legal developments and regulatory changes in financial mis-selling. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years PQE in financial mis-selling or a related field. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and mis-selling practices. Experience in handling cases involving PCP agreements, Mis-Sold Business Energy, Plevin & PPI, and Mis-Sold Pensions & SIPPs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven success in managing and resolving complex legal cases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
