We are seeking an experienced Program Manager HR to strengthen the alignment between our business strategy and people strategy.
Your role
As a Program Manager HR, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful execution of HR initiatives across the organization. Your primary objective will be to ensure the alignment, transparency, and delivery of key HR programs that support our business goals.
Furthermore you will be:
1. Partnering with various stakeholders to deliver a people strategy that aligns with overall business objectives and priorities.
2. Establishing and managing the governance of HR programs and initiatives, ensuring a strong focus on alignment, execution, and business impact.
3. Leading pivotal people projects from planning through to evaluation, contributing directly to our company’s people strategy.
4. Supporting the transition towards a more agile way of working.
Your team
You will report directly to the Director of People Strategy & Programs and collaborate closely with Kramp Group's Centers of Expertise (CoEs), including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Solutions, and Rewards. While this role does not have direct reports, you will be responsible for managing stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams on critical projects.
Who are you?
To excel in this role, you should have:
1. A proven track record in program management and governance, particularly within cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
2. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams towards successful outcomes, including effective change management and process integration.
3. A collaborative mindset, with a talent for supporting and holding stakeholders accountable to deliver on timelines and quality standards.
4. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
5. An analytical, organized, and data-driven approach, paired with a natural drive to achieve results.
6. Solid business acumen, with relevant experience in people and organization development, and a desire to further develop within the HR field.
