Working hours: Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00

About the Role
An opportunity has arisen for suitable candidates to join Access Trafford's busy Customer Service Team, based in the Council's Contact Centre at Sale Waterside. This busy department provides an essential front line service dealing with high volumes of inbound telephone calls, emails, and social media enquiries. We also offer virtual face-to-face conversations/appointments, effectively promoting the use and benefits of online services to all of our customers.
About You
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service to our residents, visitors, businesses, and partners. Candidates will need to be empathetic, enthusiastic, and motivated to deliver a great customer experience. We are looking for team players who can work well under pressure, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and possess a positive attitude. You will need to be numerate, literate, punctual, proactive, and take ownership of your actions.

* To work on a rota basis, Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm.
