Service Express UK has a new opening for an experienced Senior Account Manager with successful TPM experience. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for engaging large customers and the cross sell, upsell & renewal of Service Express’ Third-Party Maintenance services. They are responsible for the sales of the organisation’s services in a specific, assigned area or customer set with either direct account responsibility or as an overlay seller into a MIS seller run account.
What you will do:
1. Contact and engage existing customers within the large corporate arena and educate them about Service Express Third-Party Maintenance offerings.
2. Manage an effective and methodical sales process by creating, qualifying and closing new profitable business.
3. Source and generate new business virtually, both with existing customers by utilising social media and other professional resources to develop and secure profitable relationships. Hold potential profitable meetings via phone, web, videoconferencing & face to face. Drive the understanding of SEI service value when communicating with customers.
4. Identify the third-party maintenance needs and opportunities of customers by conducting needs analysis including any opportunities whilst also looking for our Cloud managed services and HW sales opportunities.
5. Prepare business proposals based on needs analysis and present opportunities to customers.
6. Effectively utilise appropriate resources to continuously build pipeline and generate new leads.
7. Actively maintain and manage relationships for customers in your pipeline by scheduling regular check in meetings and periodically send them relevant sales information during the sales cycle.
8. Be the active liaison for internal and external communications with assigned customers; renew existing customers at least 60 days in advance of their contract expiration; assist Accounts Receivable to ensure timely collection of billings, as necessary.
9. Collaborate with partnered teams to ensure cross functional information is utilised effectively, i.e., maintaining contracts with billing, active follow up on marketing leads generation and receivables as needed.
10. Engage internal partners such as Field Service, Regional Sales Manager, SDM’s etc. to maximise results and ensure profitable customer relationships.
11. Identify prospects for which it is appropriate to transition to the appropriate teams and facilitate such transition.
12. Utilise Salesforce to manage assigned territory by keeping customer and prospect information up to date.
13. Partner with Marketing team to drive brand and market awareness.

What you will bring:
21. At least 5 years of previous IT sales experience is desirable.
22. End to end sales cycle experience
23. Good stakeholder management
24. Ability to be resourceful and independent in a variety of situations
25. Strong sense of self-awareness and ability to give and receive feedback effectively
26. Very energetic with a strong desire to achieve results
27. Successful track record in sales
28. Prior experience in generating new opportunities within existing accounts.
29. Travel will be required as appropriate.
