Role: Operations Resource Coordinator (6 months Fixed Term Contract)

What you will be doing:
1. Scheduling of internal resource and/or partner resources to fulfill customer engagements/requirements.
2. Vetting of deal pack paperwork to ensure everything that is required for an on-site consultant visit is presented.
3. Assist in the resolution of implementation/resourcing issues to ensure customer satisfaction both internal and external.
4. Provide special pricing quotations to Pre-Sales Team generated from IQuote as pricing from some suppliers can change/improve depending on the customer, quantity, promise of order etc.
5. Collate monthly Software Support Renewals to ensure all customers have cover where required.
You will ideally have:
1. Time-management and planning skills.
2. Focused on achieving targets.
3. Self-motivated and flexible team player, able to work under pressure.
4. Commercial Awareness.
5. Experience within an administration environment.
6. Excellent Customer Service skills.
7. Conflict resolution skills.
8. Ability to make decisions independently.
9. PC literate - Word, Excel and Lotus Notes.
10. Ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines.
11. Good verbal and written communication skills.
