The Role:
Business Development Manager to support the commercial team. With a focus on quality, creativity, breadth of capability and value-added services such as web-2-print, mailing and consultation, they are looking for a self-motivated individual with a passion for print who loves to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Whilst they are looking for someone who has prior sales experience, they are open minded about the role and happy to consider any level of experience or industry sector background.
The successful candidate must:
* Be confident in managing their own proactive lead generation and pipeline.
* Be capable of identifying new market opportunities.
* Be confident making cold calls by phone and in person.
* Understand the market and their place in it.
* Have a customer focused outlook.
* Be capable of listening to customer needs and creating solutions to fit.
* Be able to work to targets.
* Have a proven track record in sales or business development; however, they would welcome any applicants who feel they have the drive and enthusiasm to move into a new business role.
Requirements:
* You will ideally be experienced in litho or digital printing working in a business development role.
