Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will encompass all aspects of finance, gain exposure to M&A activity, and become the key point of contact, and Finance Business Partner with the recently acquired organisations. Salary: £55,000£5,000 bonus Location: South MCR with hybrid working (3 to 4 days in the office) Main Duties: Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts for each business unit. Consolidate subsidiary entities and calculate consolidations. Ensure timely submission of statutory accounts in compliance with UK GAAP. Lead the monthly financial close process. Conduct variance analysis against budgets and provide actionable insight. Maintain a strong general ledger structure. Develop and oversee annual budget and rolling financial forecasts. Collaborate with the operational team to identify cost saving opportunities. Monitor and report on KPI’s, cashflow and working capital. Support the CFO in strategic planning, investment decision and acquisitions. Oversee cash flow forecasting. Manage banking relationships ensuring compliance with funding requirements. Ensure effective credit control and debtor management. Person Specification: CIMA, ACCA or ACA Qualified Accountant. Experience working in a multi-entity business is ideal Excellent experience of development processes and controls. Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver to deadlines.
