Apply now to take your career to the next level Key Responsibilities: Create purchase orders for hardware, software, and operational expenses. Coordinate customer orders and liaise with account managers on deliveries. Provide regular order updates, including tracking and ETAs. Collaborate with global supply chain teams to source products and improve pricing. Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to manage inbounds and deliveries. Ensure accurate stock alignment with 3rd-party storage and applications. Partner with the finance team to approve payments and manage credit limits. Identify new suppliers to address market gaps and sourcing needs. Experience/Skills: Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams. Energetic, thoughtful, and unconventional problem-solving approach. Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and analyze data effectively. Self-motivated, works well independently, and thrives in team environments.
