A vacancy has arisen within Green Cat Contracting for an Office Administrator to provide support to the GCC Team based at the Head Office in Glasgow. They will report to the General Manager.
The Role
The role will primarily involve the following:
* Undertake all aspects of Administration
* Order materials and PPE
* Liaise with suppliers
* Liaise with other companies within the group
* General site administration
* Ad hoc duties as required
* Greet clients and customers, fielding enquiries in person or by phone
The Candidate
The candidate would ideally have the following:
* At least 2 years of administration experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
