Our client is an exciting start-up business within theinvestment sector, currently managing a portfolio of fast-growingcompanies.
Due to this growth, they seek aFacilities Administrator to join their business on a full-time,permanent basis to manage a portfolio of commercial sites. Thisrole can be based in their offices in Sevenoaks or on a hybridbasis.
Responsibilities willinclude:
Organise & manage booking SiteSurveys, Electrical Surveys and Gas & Water EngineerSurveys.
Arranging yearly surveys in accordance with thecontract requirements.
liaising with external planningconsultants.
Report managing.
Dataentry.
Arranging equipment testing andcompliance.
Liaising with Landlords.
Any otherad hoc administration required.
The idealcandidate will have previous administration experience, strongknowledge of Office 365 & cloud-based CRM Systems andexperience in filling and managing site documents, both digital& paper copies.
Hours for this role willbe Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
