We have an exciting opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Administrator to join our commercial team at our Head Office in Basingstoke, initially on a three-month fixed term contract.
What will you be doing?
As French Speaking Customer Service Administrator, you will manage customer accounts to deliver excellent service.
* Call handling and direct contact with the customer.
* Entering orders and managing order fulfilment.
* Communicating with customers on the status of their orders and back orders.
* Chasing missing lines on orders and liaising with the operations team for an update.
* Supporting price and invoice queries from customers and sales teams.
* Raising credits for customers.
* Maintaining an issue log and working to resolve outstanding items.
* Supporting aftercare service.

What are we looking for?
Essential skills:
* GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English.
* Fluent French and English speaker.
* Computer literate and able to work with Microsoft Office or equivalent.
* Excellent telephone manner.
* High attention to detail.
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
