Due to expansion they are recruiting for a Works Coordintor on a permanent basis. The hours of work for this role is Monday - Friday 9-5. Salary for this role is negotiable depending on experience. Your new role As Works Coordinator you will be responsible for providing administration support in a busy office. Main responsibilities include answering phone calls, dealing with customer queries, taking in work orders and projects from clients, recording in detail faults from customers and arranging for maintenance staff to go onsite to resolve the issues and keep customers up to date. You will create work jobs onto the database, prioritise jobs and update the maintenance team and arrange diaries for engineers, joiners, electricians, plumbers etc and inform clients when the work will be carried out.
