TheStore ManagerMission:

* You and yourteam will deliver exceptional customerexperience through our 3 experiential retail pillars- Community & Connection, Memorable Moments, andInspiration & Innovative - to ensure thecustomer is at the heart of all decisions
* You’ll build brand loyaltyby promoting our CRM scheme, hosting events, and engaging with yourlocal community in this exciting new market for us
* You will inspire, support and coach yourteam to truly flourish and grow in their roles byadopting a reverse leadership approach in order to cultivatehigh-performing and truly engaged teams
* You’rea clear and confident communicator and comfortablewith delivering feedback on the shop floor,observing & delivering in the moment
* You’ll lead the way in ensuring strong numbers areachieved through inventory management, VM, store layouts andexperiential retail
* Ensureefficient and effective operational processesin your store to enhance productivity and customersatisfaction

1. Life Story & Values- a 30 min video call with our Talent Team for us to get know eachother better, asking questions inspired by our three corevalues
2. SWOT Task- you'll present a SWOT analysis of the store you're applying toand share this with your Area Manager in person
3. In-Store ExperienceInterview - a chance for you to experience life as aStore Manager in an A&M store with our Head ofRetail
