About therole
The logisticsCoordinator is responsible for being the operational representativefor product supply in each region. Ensuring that all materials aredelivered for each installation and that these materials arecorrectly allocated in the ERP system. This would also includemanaging van stock new starter kits and electricalmaterials.
Responsibilitiesfor the roleinclude:
* Coordinateand oversee procurement of installation materials for our regionaloperations teams.
* Ordering installationmaterials to ensure on time in full delivery for eachinstallation.
* Replenishment of Warehousematerials including training equipment.
* Ensurethat vehicles are set up in accordance with material lists andstandard operating procedures.
* Manage thereturns process either via hub orsupplier.
* Work towards process improvement andcost saving targets.
* Support our Academy in thesetup and training on ERP system.
* Ensuring thatall product supply deviations are reported to the ProcurementManager.
* Record and report OTIF tothe Procurement Manager.
* Ensure all movement ofstock is recorded in the ERP system.
* Lead oncentral team warehouse stock procurement audits for yourregion.
* Being the main point of contact for ourwholesalers.
* Work with our Team Leads tofeedback any changes to our materialslists.
* Work with other Logistics managers asAira grows to introduce best practice and auditreadiness.
* Work with our Finance team toresolve any material allocationqueries.
Whatwe would like you tohave;
* Experiencein logistics or supply chainmanagement.
* Proficiency in ERP systems andinventory management.
* Strong organisational andcoordination skills.
* Knowledge of warehouseoperations and stock replenishment.
* Familiaritywith standard operating procedures for vehiclesetup.
* Experience in managing returnsprocesses.
* Effective communication skills forcollaboration with various teams.
* Attention todetail in recording and reporting stockmovements.
* Flexibility to adapt to changingrequirements and contribute to both company and personal growthinitiatives.
