A great opportunity for a full-time Stores and Purchasing Officer with demonstrated stakeholder management capability. About the role Reporting to the Stores and Purchasing Lead, you will oversee Huon’s operational purchasing and manage inventory control. You will: Coordinate and execute all operational processes, ensuring that stakeholder and administrative requirements are consistently met. Maintain adequate stock levels by accurately recording all stock movements and conducting periodic stocktakes. Efficiently receive and dispatch goods, ensuring timely tracking of all inwards and outwards freight. Foster clear and professional communication with both internal and external customers, promptly conveying any changes or updates. Operating on a full-time basis Monday to Friday, this role is primarily based at our picturesque Hideaway Bay site. About you Strong stakeholder management skills, enabling effective communication with a diverse range of individuals. Proficiency in end-to-end procurement and inventory management with a focus on process streamlining and negotiation. Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Strong organisational skills and ability to maintain databases and spreadsheets. Ability to adapt and work under pressure in a changing environment.
