One of the top 10 Wealth Managers in the UK are seeking a Wealth Management Assistant to join their HNW team in the Worcestershire area. Supporting the Wealth Planners with Administrative work your daily responsibilities will include; Process new business for clients Being a point of contact for client queries and handle client correspondence and post. Manage the Wealth Planners diaries. Arrange client meetings, valuations, meeting packs Complete any required post meeting actions and minutes. Prepare letters of authority for signing. Prepare client application forms in line with suitability report recommendations, ensuring they are actioned when returned by the client The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a firm of Financial Planners / Wealth Managers and will have a full understanding of the end-to-end Financial Planning process. In return the firm will offer full training and exam support – should the individual choose to develop their career in that direction.
