Research culinary trends and analyse category and market opportunities to drive innovation across multiple brands. Turn creative ideas into real products, including: Collaborating with third-party suppliers on recipe development. Producing kitchen samples, testing recipes, and working with factories to conduct trials and refine products. Liaising with internal teams (marketing, category management, purchasing, commercial, supply chain) and external suppliers to bring concepts to market. Understand key business requirements, including P&L and profit management. Ensure compliance with the Innovation. Support the creation of trade materials by providing relevant information to key teams. Contribute to various projects as part of the innovation pipeline. Experience and Skills Requirements A background in food, nutrition, or innovation is ideal. Passionate about food, with a keen interest in new trends and ideas, and the ability to develop an exciting innovation pipeline. A strong communicator who can inspire and engage both internal and external teams to bring exceptional products to market. Creative and analytical, with a problem-solving mindset and a drive for excellence.
