What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Estate Agency Sales Progressor?
* Liaising between buyers and sellers from sale agreed through to completion
* Dealing with third parties, such as solicitors, mortgage lenders, and surveyors
* Maintaining accurate and detailed notes throughout
Required Skills and Qualifications of the Estate Agency Sales Progressor:
* Prior experience in a legal conveyancing or estate agency role is essential
* First-class written and verbal communication skills
* Solution driven, with excellent time management
* Experience of delivering high levels of customer service
