As a Social Worker in the Fostering Team, your key responsibilities will include: • Providing ongoing support and supervision to foster carers and their families • Maintaining detailed records of children and young people's progress • Attending meetings, child care statutory reviews, and care planning meetings • Collaborating with foster parents and social workers to manage contact between children and their birth families.
