The role is Part-time; 22.5 – 30 hours per week, offering hybrid working.
The Responsibilities for the HR Advisor:
* Act as the first point of contact for HR and employee relations (ER) queries, providing advice, coaching, and support aligned with organisational values.
* Manage your caseload, including performance management, absence management, occupational health, and flexible working requests.
* Lead recruitment efforts using innovative methods to attract high-calibre candidates, ensuring robust selection aligned with our values.
* Support organisational learning and development, oversee HR policy reviews, and contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion (EDI) initiatives.
Requirements of the HR Advisor:
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience (Level 7 desirable).
* Strong HR and ER knowledge, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and competence in IT and data analysis.
* Proven first-line HR advisory experience and working through significant change; restorative practice and mentoring are advantageous.
