As the business continues to grow, they are hiring for a results-oriented Account Manager to develop the distribution team and drive business growth in the marketplace. The ideal candidate will be someone with experience in Account Management with a good understanding of sales analysis and reporting. Responsibilities: Conduct regular field visits with your team, in order to regularly provide field insights, feedback and reports. Strong knowledge of metrics with ability to analyse relevant sales and statistics to identify the strongest and weakest performing areas. Identify ideas to help the overall country with local events or local initiatives that align with the company message/branding. Ability to decipher promotional ideas / initiatives from metrics and develop marketing strategy. Lead and work with the team to drive and influence sales initiatives, event content and agreed strategy. Ensure all field activities and insights are collated and presented in a professional, timely and effective manner. Continuously fostering sales activities and sales engagement Experience required. Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role is preferred. Strong understanding of the nutrition industry, products, and market dynamics. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
