Our Vetting Administrator
Is an integral part of the HR Team, offer support to the wider business on all security vetting matters. The role of Vetting Administrator is a crucial first step into the HR team, taking primary ownership of the screening processes across Marlowe Fire & Security Group and giving 1st line administrative support on the HR inbox.
This process driven role requires excellent problem-solving skills with end-to-end ownership of our vetting processes and software. A willingness to learn from team members on excellent people practices and apply excellent responses to key stakeholders will ensure their success.
* Coordinate and complete the vetting processes and customer specific clearances as required throughout the Group.
* Submit all electronic DBS Applications via the online portal.
* Ensure processes and workflows on the HR systems are followed up in a timely manner.
* Support HR Officer in ensuring the HR Inbox is kept at a manageable level with all queries responded to within a 24-hour period.
* Support in investigating and following up first line HR queries and escalate appropriately.
* Manage the processing of all new starters onto all relevant systems.
* Production and issuing of Company ID badges.
* Support HR Officer in completion of exit interviews and provide feedback to line management.
* Manage room booking requests.
* Issue Birthday cards to all MFSG Employees.
* Ownership of the long service and employee of the month scheme.
* Provide ex-employee references as and when required.
* Management of the commendation process.
* Liaising with the Payroll team to provide new starter documentation and to ensure an effective working relationship is maintained.
* Supporting the HR Department with any ad hoc duties and projects when required.
