Job Summary:
A Retail Shift Manager at Lidl is responsible for maintaining high standards day and night, motivating their team, and delegating tasks. They will also handle operations, customer service, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Motivate and support the team, following our Leadership and Company Principles
* Solve problems swiftly and delegate tasks effectively
* Create an environment where colleagues can succeed
* Manage store operations in the absence of senior management
* Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shifts
* Provide excellent customer service every time

* Experience leading a large team in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to delegate tasks and motivate team members
