Salary: A competitive salary from £29,840 - £44,760, depending on the experience you can bring

We are currently recruiting for a Service Transition Analyst to join our team in either Edinburgh or Witham. In this role, you will have accountability for ensuring the Policies, Processes and Tooling are in place to manage, assess and provide clear audit trail in regard to the transition of change through its lifecycle within Technology & Change, whilst at all times safeguarding the production environment.
This will be achieved by defining Predictable, Stable, Repeatable processes in adherence to formal Change and Release Management Governance and ensuring Technology Operational readiness. Supporting the strategic adoption and development of mature ITIL Processes, whilst ensuring a recognition for other methodologies leading to a regular evolution of our working practices.
You will work closely with stakeholders across all disciplines of Technology (Operations, Change and Delivery) to ensure a safe, secure operating environment.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* Demonstrated experience within Service Management - particularly relating to Service Operation and Transition, but with knowledge and experience of Change, Release, Incident and Problem Management.
* An understanding of delivery methodologies - Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
* An in-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and how they are applied within a Technology Operations department.
* Experience of working in complex, large scale, Technology environments - ideally within Financial Services, though this is not essential.
* Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle within Change and Release Management.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
