The purpose of the role is to: * Provide a key service within the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, both in person and on the telephone. * Answer telephone calls from patients, taking a summary of their problem and allocating them to the most appropriate clinician. * Receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way. * Undertake a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the practice. * Applicant MUST be able to work 8am starts and 6pm finishes * Along with CV application, please email Amy.Jose1@nhs.net a covering letter as to why you are a suitable candidate for this role
