Onboarding Advisor Glasgow Office based - Hybrid working flexibility Contract: 6 Months (Starting as soon as possible) Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Hourly Rate: £14.29 per hour About the Role: Are you passionate about providing an excellent experience, whilst supporting employees through their onboarding journey? We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Onboarding Advisor to join our clients recruitment team on a 6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's leading financial services organisations. As an Onboarding Advisor, you will play a key role in welcoming new employees, providing them with essential information, and assisting them through the onboarding process. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience. Conduct onboarding sessions, introducing new hires to company culture, policies, and procedures. Assist with the preparation and delivery of all necessary documentation, including contracts, benefits enrolment, and compliance forms. Serve as a point of contact for new hires, answering any questions or concerns they may have Collaborate closely with HR, recruitment, and other departments to ensure all resources are in place for new employee success. Track and report on onboarding progress, identifying opportunities to improve the process. Ensure that all new hires are properly set up with technology, tools, and accounts needed for their roles.
