About Us:
Crazy Rabbit Inns is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Bookkeeper to support our busy hotel business. If you're detail-oriented, experienced in accounting, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and manage purchase ledgers
2. Record sales and manage debt collection
3. Process cash allocations and invoices
4. Reconcile ledgers with supplier statements
5. Oversee creditor days and cash payments forecasting
6. Conduct bank reconciliations
7. Manage overdue debts, supplier relationships, and credit risk
8. Handle payroll, VAT, and PAYE
9. Perform ad-hoc accounting tasks as required
Qualifications & Skills:
1. AAT qualification (or equivalent) preferred; experience will be considered
2. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
3. Xero experience desired
Interview Process:
1. Initial Skype interview with Recruitment Team
2. Final face-to-face interview with Hiring Team
