IT Support Coordinator
Workplace IT is the UK’s leading provider of IT Outsourced Services to the Social Care, Assisted Living and Specialist Education Sector.
We predominantly support enterprise level Commercial, NFP (Not For Profit) and Public Sector owned organisations with multiple locations and people across the UK.
We are looking for an IT Support Coordinator based from our Taunton office.
The Role
1. Monitor, manage and coordinate all IT and Telecom Support Tickets.
2. Manage multiple support ticket boards simultaneously.
3. Allocate support tickets to engineers.
4. Oversee escalated support tickets to third party IT and Telecom companies.
5. Move/reschedule support tickets following delays, changes and unexpected events.
6. Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are met and engineers remain on track.
7. Communicate updates to clients by telephone, email and within the ticketing system.
8. Ensure information in our client management system is always up to date.
9. Provide weekly and monthly reporting.
10. Work closely and in conjunction with the Service Delivery Manager.

Remuneration and Benefits:
1. Basic Salary £27,500 to £30,000 (DOE).

Working Pattern:
9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday
Location:
1. Month 1: Taunton Office 5 days per week.
2. Month 2: Taunton Office 5 days per week.
3. Month 3: Taunton Office 4 days per week / Home 1 day per week.
4. Month 4: Taunton Office 3 days per week / Home 2 days per week.
5. Month 5: Taunton Office 3 days per week / Home 2 days per week.
6. Month 6: Taunton Office 2 days per week / Home 3 days per week.
Interview Process:
1. 30-minute Microsoft Teams Interview.
2. 60-minute Face to Face Interview in Taunton.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £27,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
