The Opportunity:
We are hiring a Business Analyst to play a key role in an ERP transformation, ensuring a seamless migration from a bespoke internal legacy system to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role —you’ll be working closely with stakeholders across the business and external software suppliers, bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
What You'll Do:
* Process Mapping & Documentation – Capture, analyse and document business processes before and after the ERP migration.
* Stakeholder Engagement & Change Support – Work closely with business leaders to identify pain points, expectations and risks.
* Requirements Gathering – Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for the ERP system.
* Testing & Cutover Support – Ensure a smooth transition by supporting test planning and business-side readiness.
* Collaboration with External Suppliers – Liaise with the ERP provider to align system functionality with business objectives.
What You Need to Succeed:
* Must have ERP migration experience— specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.
* Proven experience working with system integrators — ensuring business requirements are understood and implemented effectively.
* Business Process Expertise— mapping, analysing and optimising processes before, during and after ERP implementation.
* Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills— ensuring buy-in and clarity throughout the project.
* On-site commitment— Must be based in or willing to travel to Hemel Hempstead for the majority of the week.

An excellent communicator with the necessary skills to influence others and to ensure a collaborative, best-practice environment Experience of MHR iTrent, with knowledge to exploit the full benefits of MHR Ability to deliver multi-faceted, complex transformational solutions Ability and presence to influence across all levels of a business optimising relationships across functions and businesses A forward-thinking mindset to digitisation and automation Significant experience in delivering Payroll & HR systems changes Ideally, experience with Shared Services Familiarity with industry best practices in HR and payroll administration, compliance, and talent management. Desirable skills and experience: All-round Business Analyst with a deep and diverse understanding of HR/Payroll processes, regulations, and best practices. Proven track record in end-to-end HR implementation projects. Strong presentation skills, enabling effective communication of complex concepts to diverse audiences. Competency in developing HR/Payroll metrics and reports for strategic decision-making. Experience in migrating and integrating HRIS and payroll software systems.
