Purpose of the role
A newly created role within a growing team for an exceptional marketeer looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced and creative environment. The Digital Marketing Manager will support the Head of Marketing in developing social media and CRM strategy and will work across multiple teams to execute the resulting initiatives and campaigns. This activity will underpin the international growth of the Phoebe Philo brand.
Responsibilities
• Support the development of digital marketing strategy and workflows
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Comms, Visual and Digital Teams to orchestrate digital
campaigns which are aligned with brand creative, tone of voice and values
• Manage social media –
o Coordinate organic and paid activity, including meticulous content planning
o Support in the management of third-party agencies
o Manage the brand’s day to day presence on Instagram
o Develop plans for expansion to additional social media platforms
o Monitor and analyse social media metrics, manage optimisation and reporting
• Manage CRM –
o Oversee the CRM platform and workflows
o Protect and refine customer and other supporting data
o Work with the relevant teams to optimise data capture
o Support the Head of Marketing in the development of customer segments
o Develop and execute an ongoing programme of email activity, tailored to customer
segments, that inspires our customers and drives loyalty
o Ongoing management of the database, ensuring clean and accurate tracking across all
data collection points
• Support the DTC and PC managers with an overall customer view, providing customer insights
to inform sales strategies and product development decisions.
• Regularly benchmark and monitor competitor strategies and innovations in customer
relationship and digital communications

• Agility, speed, meticulous attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented attitude
• Interest in culture, lifestyle, fashion and luxury products and service in an international context
• Discipline for evaluating emerging digital marketing platforms and behaviours
• Experience in social media and CRM software platforms and an aptitude for learning new ones
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines within the business and with third parties
• Strong project management skills
