Fantastic opportunity has arisen as an Assistant Management Accountant required to join a multi-site retail company based in central London on a 6-month fixed term contract basis.

Responsibilities:
* Assist in posting revenue for site and franchises.
* Assist in posting royalty income and posting and reconciling all delivery partner revenue.
* Assist in posting retail commissions in accordance with the contract.
* Assist in reviewing and accruing all cost of goods sold for restaurants and retail.
* Assist in franchisee invoicing (deposit invoices and monthly revenue invoices), posting all recharges and making sure all payments are made in accordance with the contracts.
* Assist in bank postings and reconciliation.
* Assist in aged accounts receivable reconciliation.
* Assisting in the preparation of site P&Ls at month end including raising of any necessary accruals and prepayments.
* Assist in site by site reviews of P&Ls explaining any large variances to budget.
* Assist in balance sheet reconciliations to be prepared and uploaded to ADRA for review monthly.
* Other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
* Accuracy and organisational skills.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Studying towards a professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA).
* Experience of working within a multi-site organisation would be advantageous.
* Strong communication skills and an ability to manage key relationships both internally and with external partners.
* Positive can-do attitude and takes pride and ownership of their work.
