Your Role:
As the PA to the General Service Manager, you will be the backbone of the administrative team, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing administrative support for memos, letters, and emails.
* Taking minutes at meetings to keep everyone on track.
* Overseeing the recruitment process for Service Apprentices across all branches, collaborating with HR and Service Managers.
* Maintaining the portals and Web Academy with updates related to staff and other manufacturer platforms.
* Fostering superior communication among branch Service Managers and Service Administrators while offering support as needed.
* Preparing letters and mail merge documents when required.
* Organising courses, travel, and hotel arrangements for the General Service Manager and service staff.
* Keeping in-house training records updated in conjunction with the HR department.
* Assisting the warranty team as necessary.
* Ensuring the General Service Manager's online calendar is up-to-date and booking interviews/meetings when appropriate.

* A friendly and professional telephone manner.
* Proven experience in a similar role, including minute-taking and administrative support.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
* A calm demeanour under pressure and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
* A flexible and approachable attitude.
* Self-motivated and able to collaborate effectively with others.
* Discretion in handling confidential matters.
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Strong attention to detail and a professional appearance.
