The successful candidate will be part of a new venture, providing top-tier legal and administrative support, and working closely with senior legal administrators on all aspects of a case. What you'll do:
As a Legal Team Leader, you will play an integral role in our client's medico-legal team. Your primary responsibility will be leading a team of Legal Assistants, ensuring smooth operations and efficient case management.
* Assist with the full lifecycle of a case – from pre-case enquiries to file closures
* Work alongside Senior Legal Administrators and handle medical records
* Maintain regular contact with clients (solicitors and agencies)
* Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and SharePoint systems
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Legal Team Leader position brings substantial experience from the legal sector, preferably within Clinical Negligence or Personal Injury.
* Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor in an administration team
* Experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating professionalism at all times
* Proficiency in using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Case Management System
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently using initiative
* Knowledge of standard IT packages such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint
