Role Overview We are seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to provide strategic and high-level administrative support to senior leadership in the Northern Ireland & Scotland region. This is a key role that demands strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle complex responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage complex calendars, travel, and meeting schedules for senior leaders Prepare high-quality reports, briefings, and presentations Coordinate and attend leadership meetings, including agendas, logistics, and follow-ups Liaise with internal teams with professionalism and tact Monitor and track regional priorities, actions, and key project timelines Organise regional leadership events, site visits, and external engagements Maintain effective systems for document, expense, and information management Requirements Extensive experience in a senior-level EA or administrative role Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and integrity Experience working in a large, fast-paced organisation or regional structure Based in Northern Ireland or Scotland with flexibility for occasional travel Willingness to attend in-person meetings or events across the region when required
