Business Analyst
Main purpose of the role
To support the delivery of projects into the business including Client facing projects, whether existing or new business, through the Adare SEC specific Project Initiation & Delivery Process encompassing aspects of a project lifecycle. This will also involve the motivation, leadership and direction of all involved in order to help achieve the project objectives within the agreed time, cost and quality criteria.
This role requires a proactive, dynamic, hands on approach. The post holder will be representing the project and the organisation at a mature level, inside and outside the organisation. They will work closely with Solution Consultants and Client contacts, as well as a variety of people across the business.
An important part of the role is looking for ways to help improve business performance, by suggesting improvements to processes and identify possible options that may be adopted. The post holder will need to structure and define requirements aligning solutions to business, operational and process problems using a wide range of methods and tools. As a Business Analyst you are expected to work on a specific project through some or all of the project lifecycle, or required to work on several assignments that require your specialism.
The activities of the Solutions & PreSales department, which the Business Analyst sits within, are focused on delivering business growth through the delivery of IT projects, by providing the best services and solutions which can be used by the department on multi department/channel projects.
Role Description
The Business Analyst is responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements for customer communication strategies. Working closely with stakeholders, including consultants, IT, and operations teams, to develop and improve solutions for customer engagement across various communication channels. The Business Analyst role requires a blend of technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and understanding of customer experience management.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their communication goals and objectives.
2. Analyse current customer communication processes and systems to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
3. Document detailed business requirements for CCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Solution Design & Implementation:
1. Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, to support the design and implementation of CCM solutions.
2. Support in system testing, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements and customer needs.
Stakeholder Management:
1. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
2. Provide support to internal teams and external vendors during the development and implementation of communication solutions.
Customer Experience Focus:
1. Work closely with clients, account management and technical teams to ensure that customer communications are consistent, personalized, and aligned with the overall brand experience.
2. Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement through improved communication techniques.

13. Substantial experience within a Business Analyst role, preferably with a track record of delivering client implementations alongside internal projects

17. Possesses a sound working knowledge of Microsoft applications; Excel, Word, Visio and Projects
18. Business Analysis related certification, e.g. BCS (British Computer Society) Requirements Engineering
