About the Client:
An established, international interior design company based in Chelsea is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Founders. With a team of around 35 design experts, they manage a variety of projects from residential homes to yachts, boutique hotels and more!

About the Personal Assistant role:
Supporting the Founders of the business, this Personal Assistant will facilitate them in running their business and personal lives and work closely with other support staff. Duties will include:
* Extensive diary management for personal appointments
* Finance management e. collating information for tax returns
* Management of multiple properties including household staff
* Research and management of travel arrangements
* Events management
* Vehicle administration
* Business calendar and travel management
* Inbox management
* Liaising with HR relating to employee matters
* Other duties as required.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Demonstrable EA/PA experience supporting at Founder/C-suite level
* Complete private and business support experience
* Experience handling legal and financial matters
* Excellent organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
* High attention to detail with a mature and proactive approach
* Strong Microsoft Office and Apple technology skills.
Additional Details:
* The opportunity to work for a renowned interior design brand
* Part time (2 or 4 days per week)
* At least 2 days per week required in the office
* Core hours: 9-5
* Competitive salary up to 65K depending on experience
* Discretionary annual bonus
* Benefits include 20 days' leave plus bank holidays and office closure at Christmas (on average 2 weeks).
